Hi, I'm Michelle Swaney, I run The Potty School (www.thepottyschool.com) teaching parents to potty their toddlers and kiddos via potty training (18+ months) or elimination communication (0-18 months), and have been featured on the news, podcasts and blogs.

My husband and I have three children of our own and have also helped potty train some host children in our home as well. After realizing that we have needed help in certain parenting areas, I realized I was the one that others were coming to for potty training advice. I figured it out - how to potty train kiddos effectively, gently and without wanting to pull your hair out.

Today I teach parents in-person, online, in large groups down to one-on-one how to get that poo and pee out of the diaper and in the potty, with step-by-step instructions, even if they have no clue where to start.

After supporting now over a thousand parents around the world, I've discovered the main ingredients to getting your kiddo to potty independently, no matter what culture, their age, or where it is you want them to go. And, I've put them together in my online event The Potty Training Takeover!
